Preschool Tuition and Fees for 2012 - 2013

Thank you for your continued interest or inquiry into Riverpointe Christian Academy.  The registration fee, due upon enrollment, reserves your child’s space.  The fee covers processing costs, furniture, equipment, supplies and a variety of other start-up expenses.  Pre school students have the option of attending school August – May (10 installments paid July- April) or August- July (12 installments paid July-June).  You must choose an installment plan upon enrollment.  The tuition pays for faculty, staff and the monthly operation of the facilities and programs

 

Registration Fee: Returning students $ 175, New Enrollment $200

 

Hours of Operation: 6:30am-6:00pm.  School day starts at 8:15am. 

 

After Care:  Any preschool student not picked up by 4:30pm will incur additional charges of $20 per week for care from 4:30pm-6:00pm.  Any student not picked up by 6:00pm will incur additional charges of $15 for the first 15 minutes and $1 per minute thereafter

 

Discounts: You will receive a 5% discount if you pay tuition in full for the year.  We also offer multi-child tuition discounts of 5% on each additional child from the same family.

 

Statements:  You will receive one monthly statement for tuition and one monthly statement for your “other charges”.

 

Payment Schedule: Regardless of which payment plan you choose – your first tuition payment is due in July.  Parents will be asked to choose dates for payments for automatic withdrawal (ACH withdrawal).  You may choose to pay once a month (1st or 15th) or twice a month (1st and 15th).  Any account in arrears of 60 days will result in suspension of the student until the account is caught up.  Upon enrollment, you are entering into a yearly contract for the tuition amount.  A withdrawal fee of $500 or the remainder of tuition (whichever is less) is required for early withdrawal.  This fee must be paid in full before any records or transcripts are released.

 

Other Charges:  Afterschool and lunches will be billed on a separate account from tuition.  Afterschool charges are billed weekly and lunch charges are billed monthly. These charges are to be paid by the end of each month.
