K5-12th Financial Information for 2012-2013


Thank you for your continued interest or inquiry into Riverpointe Christian Academy. The registration fee, due upon enrollment, reserves your child’s space. The fee covers processing costs, furniture, equipment, supplies and a variety of other start-up expenses. The tuition may be paid in 10 (July-April) or 11 installments (July-May), and pays for faculty, staff and the monthly operation of the facilities and programs.

Hours of Operation: 6:30am-6:00pm. School day starts at 8:15am and ends at 3:00pm.
Registration Fee: Returning Students $225, New Enrollment $250

Discounts: You will receive a 5% discount if you pay tuition in full for the year. We also offer multi-child tuition discounts of 5% on each additional child from the same family.

Statements: You will receive one monthly statement for tuition and one monthly statement for your “other charges”.

Payment Schedule: Regardless of which payment plan you choose – your first tuition payment is due in July. Parents will be asked to choose dates for payments for automatic withdrawal (ACH withdrawal). You may choose to pay once a month (1st or 15th) or twice a month (1st and 15th). Any account in arrears of 60 days will result in suspension of the student until the account is caught up. Upon enrollment, you are entering into a yearly contract for the tuition amount. A withdrawal fee of $500 or the remainder of tuition (whichever is less) is required for early withdrawal. This fee must be paid in full before any records or transcripts are released.

Other Charges: Afterschool and lunches will be billed on a separate account from tuition. Afterschool charges are billed weekly and lunch charges are billed monthly. These charges are to be paid by the end of each month.

Testing Fees: All new students entering grades K5-12th must take a diagnostic test. There is a $50 fee for this test which will be applied to the Registration fee upon enrollment.

Book Fees: All book and activity fees must be paid in full by the first day of school.
Before/After Care: Before Care is $10 per week for any student dropped off before 7:30am. Homework club is $35 per week for any student on campus after 3:15pm and lasts until 4:30pm. Extended care is $50 per week and includes participation in the Homework club and lasts until 6:00pm. Any student not picked up by 6:00pm will incur additional charges of $15 for the first 15 minutes and $1 per minute thereafter.
